We looked up Costco Travel online and got the number listed for this business. We stayed on the phone with him for quite some time. He was quoting different prices than we saw on Costco.com and it was suspicious, but then he would come back with "Oh, I see that deal now." He even said he was throwing in upgrades to economy plus. Later, there was suspicious activity on the credit card. I tried calling back but was on hold indefinitely. I called Costco Travel using the number on the website this time and was told that they had no record of our reservation and that we were likely scammed.
