I received a bill for Anesthesia Services-Nurse and thought something was odd when I noted the bill was Pasadena CA when the operation took place in McMinnville, OR. I called my insurance company and they stated that they received no such billing request. I then looked up the company on line for a local number, no success in getting in touch with a live person just automation. I called the hospital and they said that they do not know anything about it. When I looked on line I noted that others have had the same experience/scam and reported to ScamPulse. I have uploaded a copy of the bill. If this is a legitimate bill I am unable to find someone to verify it.
