This guy who said his name was Justin Davall @ 316-395-0228 called. Told the consumer they owed a bill for a credit card for $1700.00 and had been paying on it for 2 years. They wanted her to agree to pay $216.00 per month. She did give her debit card information. When she got off the phone she quickly realized what she had done. She contacted her bank and canceled the card and got a new one issued.

Called various family members to get my number. Said my debt wasn't dismissed via a previous bk. (My attorney said it was) They said I had 48 hours to settle, so I was scared into paying $40/mo. I paid once via a credit card, learned of scam, then canceled card. They keep calling, but speak very unpleasantly, get angry when I ask questions & hang up on me.
