From my personal experience, 99% of all online lenders, excuse me, I mean loan finders, imply that you are approved or will be approved. They send numerous emails that in some form or another will say “Deposit Pending E-Consent! CLICK TO RECEIVE FUNDS NOW!” Scam/Fraudulent/False Advertising is the only way to summarized it. You click the link and you are taken to the same site over and over and over, just different names and images (but for sure the same format). You aren’t taken to some e-signature form or even to an actual offer. You just get sent there to apply, to be sent to another lender finding site, to another and so on and so on. It’s amazing the government allows this or it’s not better regulated. Especially when these OLA companies are connecting people with companies like Consumerezcredit.com. The simplicity of the website and the overall quality is amateurish and noticeably a scam to get desperate people’s $10.00 and then connect you to a company who guarantees you the loan. But they even state the company who guarantees the loan amount required a fee for their service of finding the guaranteed funds. So you pay $10 to loan finder finder, to pay a larger loan fee to a loan finder? What’s sad is that people who are in desperate need for funds for bills to keep a roof over their head and food in their kids mouths, will more then not, use the funds to pay these hundred(s) fees because they believe it will offer them the relief and hope that they so desperately need at the moment. That being the means to get by during a hardship and because they’re products of their environment and lack the real financial education that schools should be providing in this day and age. Until then it’s going to be a vicious cycle of more then half of Americans living paycheck to paycheck. It’s surprising that people who are constantly denied or scammed by fake lenders or gurus, don’t start fraudulent loan sites. $9.95 isn’t a lot but 10 people or more a day will start to add up very quickly. Especially in a country as big are ours. In less then 6 months, they have the means to “start another company”! One that they can offer guarantees an approval for a service fee of a few hundred dollars. What’s a few hundred dollars when you are given every reason to believe you’ll have those funds back in a day or two and thousands more. It’s not like the FCC or the FBI or any government agencies are out there catching these types of criminals left and right and preventing more strict regulations and enforcement for online services. Anyone can buy a domain for a cheap price and if you know a bit of coding and software that you can put to use creating a website that is good enough looking, you’ll find the poor suckers who are desperate. People who are desperate, want to believe so much that they have found the help that they have been longing for, it blinds them to the reasoning of “if it’s too good to be true..”. So they will use funds they don’t have (like their rent money, utility money, grocery money), or they will borrow it from family or friends with the belief that they will be able to pay them back in the next day or two. Identify theft, fraudulent websites… our law enforcement agencies even tell us that it is hard to catch and prosecute identity thieves and criminals who set up these websites. I wouldn’t be surprised if half of them weren’t started by a desperate individual who only wanted a little help when they needed it and realized no one really ever offers what they say. Its shameful. This use to be a great country where people around the world craved the American Dream. Those days are so far gone, it’s now the American Nightmare.

They pretend to be a guaranteed no credit loan company that requires you to pay $9.90 fee to verify your own information via a third party verification company who provides you with a "verification code" and says that you only have two steps left ,pay for verification ,sign the contract ,get your funds .but as soon as you pay and verify your information ,they ask you to send them a copy of your id,and then claim you need to pay them their loan finders fee up front which is another $375-$475 more upfront for finding you the loan and verifying your information and you have 6 days to pay that before you loose progress and have to start all over ,"but that's up to you"(they say that )..[censored]

In reply to this persons statement. After the 9.95 verification fee, they give you a referral code to a connecting lender. Which they offer you a "guaranteed loan" but you have to pay a fee for your loan. I asked for $3500 and they wanted me to pay $100 and after that I will sign my loan documents and get my money supposedly. I didn't do it. I didn't want to pay more money for signing the darn thing! I feel like they keep asking for fees. The reason I'm asking for a loan is because I have no money!

And when you did that verification for 9.95 did they give you the loan?

Ok and what was the result?
