- Wichita, KS, USA

I have received 7 calls from 316-223-4586 and 316-227-1941 over this last week, Jim has called 6 times and a Danielle once. 6 times they said I was prequalified to receive help with my knee and lower back pain. I called the 1-800-327-5971 the 1st time Jim called. Talked to so dude that never gave me his name. He answered "May I speak to ***" I said "this is ***, but I was calling you". "oh yeah" He went on to explain that I had been prequalified for a TENS machine. I asked what this was all about and he referred to knee and lower back pain, which I do have on occasion. I did not give him any other info, but he know I had BCBS. I said "I didn't need it" He replied "don't you have knee and lower back pain?" and I said "Yes, but not that you can help with" And he hung up. 5 other calls came in with the same basic message stating I am prequalified, today (8-25-18) Jim said they would try to get me completely qualified.

I have not called back since the 1st call came in, but have blocked it from ringing, although they can still leave a message.
