We were initially contacted by Allan Wilson of Newcastle, OK (405-225-2760) who indicated he was interested in making a private purchase our Vidanta timeshare (headquartered in Puerto Vallarta, MX). Second contact was made by Bill Bellig (580-319-5348) who indicated he was a title officer with Community First Title and Escrow located in Oklahoma City, OK. We played along and indicated we might be interested if a purchase price could be agreed upon. When we indicated we would be willing to come to Oklahoma City to complete the transaction, we stopped receiving calls. Timeshare owners need to be made aware that although this sounded like a good deal, it was a scam. We also called directory assistance to verify the phone numbers and were told that there were no listings for either Allan Wilson or Community First.
