I placed an order for 3 item (1 in stock, 2 pre-orders). I was charged the full amount before receiving my full order. After receiving the in stock item, which was awkward and unwearable, I decided I no longer wanted the rest of the order. I reached out to cancel the pre-ordered items a month before their anticipated ship date and the company refused to issue a refund. To be clear, the merchandise had not shipped yet, and I have no way of knowing if it was even manufactured at this time. I don’t want the store credit they offered because their merchandise is crappy and cheap and no where near worth what it costs. I’ll never purchase from them again - I just want the money they have essentially stolen from me refunded.

Appears to be the actual comfrt.com website, made order and the confirmation email came from “alluresta.com”. Tracking originally came from china, now server can’t be found.

Saw a video advertising a full set on tiktok. So i ordered from the link and did not recieve the full set.

Contacted customer service, which has been going back and forth for about 2 weeks since it takes them days at a time to respond with no phone number to call. Just to be told sorry about your luck, after spending over $60!!!!

Comfort.com ad appears on FB and IG. They sell preorder for half price but it ships 3mis out if you’re willing to wait. Problem is- they never ship and you’re unable to cancel after 7days. They only offer a gift card store credit but they still do not ship anything out. There is no phone number available and customer service, if they get back to you via email at all, gives you the runaround. Possibly to buy time so your 7day grace period for cancellation runs out. BUYER BEWARE.

I placed an order for 3 hoodies that were available. I paid for 2 day shipping for my daughters birthday on the 4th. When they didn't ship, I sent them an email. They told me they are pre ordered and shipping would be april 30th but may not ship on that day either and would be even later. I said the hoodies are in stock and I paid for 2 day shipping. Why would this even be an option if they are pre ordered? Why pre order if they are availabe (which they confirmed) and also an option to pay 2 day shipping? They did not the to resolve the issue. They just kept repeating the same thing and did not offer to refund the shipping, another option, canceling the order, etc. Basically stating there was no problem on their end. I gave them opportunities to fix the problem but they didn't and stopped responding. I even told them I would take further action if they did not try and fix the problem which they did not and have become unresponive.

I submitted 2 orders a week apart. Their courier has stated both orders have been delivered, but I haven't received either order. I have double checked my address on both orders and it was correct. Comfrt insists I signed for both orders, but will not provide proof. Their solution is to re-ship the order, but I'm not going to get it either. There are other reports of people having the exact same issue so I just want to warn others.

The website looks exactly like the other one. I don't think it's right to have multiple websites exactly alike, the other one is deceiving ,especially during the Christmas season.

I ordered a beige hoodie set on August 8th. I never received my hoodie and reached out to Comfrt. They said due to a deal I got on the set, that they won’t ship my hoodie until October. It’s now November and still no hoodie. They won’t respond to my emails. They are a total fraud!

I preordered a hoodie and sweat pants from comfrt in August with the confirmation that it would ship by October. I have not received any shipping information and can’t get in contact with the company now. They don’t have a phone number listed anywhere. I’m also seeing multiple reports of this same incident happening to other people online.

After purchasing a hoodie and sweatpants from this website I was unsatisfied with the quality of the product. When I went to return the two items, total of $126.00, I saw on their refund policy that they only offer exchanges or store credit on sale items. All items on their website are "on sale". No where during the checkout process does it state this or I would not have taken the risk in purchasing such expensive items. When I complained on their social media trying to warn other people I was blocked on Facebook and Instagram. Once I did further research into them I saw a lot of people have had similar issues or just never received the item and the company refused to replace the item. I also did a product review on their website which never posted because they don't allow anything other than 5 star reviews to be posted. The product is sub par quality and not as advertised. Also, they use brand ambassadors to endorse their products who then are supposed to get a portion of the sales.
