[a debit card forced upon me by Progolistixs ] i then spoke to a option on the phone that lead me to the lost or stolen department to dispute two transaction to later find out the transactions was made in Fallbrook, California at a Walmart {store number 5152]. The representative at Comdata then advised me to call a corporate walmart and locate the store to receive the number to contact them a not only stop the transaction but to ask for a fraud report . Not to my surprise the fraud department at walmart educated me on how the card system works and that they could not stop it , the bank had to. So the helpful man at the walmart told her wouild hold the security tape around the date and time of the transaction was made if i went to cops.thats exactly what i did i called 911 and was given the number to the fraud department here in Tampa,FL.
After being coached by the police to department about the steps i needed to take i called Comdata back to get a Fraud Report so that i may start an investigation into getting my money back as well as put the people responsible behind bars. Comdata denied me access and said the police had to call to get and then once asking to speak to a supervisor he told me that he would give it to me via email.
i waited for the email and called back the next day but this time i called from the police department and they too were denied,hung up on, and witnessed first hand how Comdata and Progolostixs the temp agency either had no info,made no contact with or the absolute disrespect showed upon myself in this tragic situation.
so now for days and weeks ive gotten the run around with comdata and my money that was taken and whhats even worse is i cant file a police report because they wont give me a fraud report which in one of my conversations i spoke with a man whom identified himself as mike told me they did have.
as i still call its becoming weirder and weirder because never in my life have i called a customer contact number for a bank i spoke to the same man 3/4 times. in all im out a lil under $400 dollars, gas money, food money,my cell phone shut off and ive become sick on a daily basis due to stress and anxiety
