Order was placed via website on November 18, 2024, credit card was charged for product order, but item was never received. I've attempted to contact them several times, have been told to be patient, that order will be received "soon," but tracking info indicates it was never provided to the USPS for shipping. There is no company location on website that I can find, but it leaves one the impression that it's US-based. However, follow up emails are in broken English.
