Initially, I met the scammer on a dating site. The scammer talked be into buying coinbase dividends. He walked be through setting it up and has access to all of my information. I have changed my phone number. I change the phone number with coinbase an learned that the representative from coinbase was a scammer as well. 855-5771727. I gave personal information to the fake representative and now the person has my new number. I have closed my bank account and in the process of chaning my email.

When I signed into Coinbase it requested I deposit, so I did. Coinbase then sent money out of my account and is unable to refund me.

Coinbase withdrew my $500 via debit into USDC crypto currency and is now holding the money in a never ending pending transaction. The pending transaction is fraudulent and is intentionally done to keep the money in Coinbase. After days of reporting to Coinbase nothing has been done to return the $500 to the rightful owner.

I made a deposit of $30,000 on coinbase.com . I went to withdraw my balance of $25,359, but can't . They are refusing to let me withdraw anything Until January 3rd, 2025. They will not tell me anything except for they are trying to "prevent fraud." All i did was simply buy stock off of their website. I did not try to transfer to another account or anything. I am trying to put the money into the same account i took it out from. My account even has a history from years ago of similar transactions.

I was looking for help to transfer money to a charity that could not accept normal currency for starving children in africa, their government would not allow wire transfers, so cryptocurrency was the only way to donate. I set up the account on coinbase to be able to transfer money to them. I put the full amount in as a donation, and tried to transfer the money to them. There was a security problem, so I looked up 'how to talk to a real person in coinbase.' this phone number comes up repeatedly across all browsers as a customer support phone number for a real person in coinbase. They always answer the first time, and once they take your money they block your number. They ask pertinent information to gain full control of your computer, and coinbase account. They then transfer all of your funds and max out your bank account in order to buy more cryptocurrency to send to their wallet. By the time I had locked my account, it was way too late. As this is a mass marketing tactic, posing as a company they are not, I am shocked nothing has been done to a marketing campaign this big and blatantly fraudulent. They have secretaries, multiple different agents, I am shocked. I called coinbase, and they said they were sorry, but they couldn't help as this was not their company or any of their employees. The scammer said his name was Daniel as a fake name I'm sure, and he called me back on restricted number and asked why my account had been blocked . I informed him that he shouldn't have access to my account anyway, and coinbase had blocked it for suspicious activity.

Ask u s 1k for application fees to open account. sent money they opened account and give us phone number for support that never works. email them to ask to give u s application fees back and close the account but they decline to do that via em ail but no phone contact in week

I had bought half a bitcoin on the Coinbase app and they withdrew money from bank account. I now tried to sell it and i cannot access my account with my email and password and they say it doesn’t exist. I feel hacker or Coinbase has stolen my money and I have sent numerous emails. They can’t verify who I am bec someone changed my email address on their site. I have no idea how to get my money or my account back and they do not respond at all.

I purchases $500.00 worth of stronghold token with the coinbase wallet. I didn't receive my tokens, coinbase charged me.Their customer support told me I would have to take it up with sushieswap. I don,t know what that is. I still don,t have the stronghold tokens they purchased for me; or my $500.00. I reached out to strong hold directly to help me. I have previously hired Idaho crypto group to assist me in investing in this asset class; 3 appointments. They work with the F.B.I. on fraud cases. this is clearly fraud.

Coinbase stole One thousand sixty-five dollars from me. as I was watching the thieves in my account, I was on the phone asking them to stop the transaction it is not me,They allowed the hackers to take one thousand dollars as I was speaking to them on the phone. Coinbase SENT ME A EMAIL SAYING TO CALL THEM FROM (888)908-7930 as I was speaking to them i was begging them to stop the thieves they are in my account stop them, but they did not. After the thousand dollars was gone they said then they would lock my account and investigate it. Sept,21,2023 went on COINBASE TO SEE IF THE ACCOUNT WAS STILL LOCKED AND THEY TOOK THE REMAINING MONEY OF 65.00 AND LEFT ME WITH 0 BALANCE. I CALLED Coinbase once again asking why my account was not locked and how can they allow this to happen again.? They do not even attempt to help you.They are thieves and nasty people.

Somehow the withdrawal happened on the Coinbase account and whatever/whoever did this had any msgs FROM coinbase, using the email I provided, just routed to them. But not all my emails. Just if they were coming from Coinbase! I call it a scam because it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone regarding this, they are more hung up on verifying your account and nothing they can do if they can't. I spoke to someone about my email account, IT WAS NOT COMPROMISED, only the rerouting from COINBASE ITSELF. I saw the thousands of complains against this company and they should not be in business anymore. The whole thing is a joke, they DO NOT CARE IF YOU LOSE MONEY OR HOW, even if you feel it might have been within!! I lost 2425$ and nobody cares! Even some of their emails are setup that you cannot reply to. It's a shame! I see they took from many and no one is doing anything about it!!
