I never got my cactus cat toy it’s been 4 months I want refund

Ugh. I don't know if it's a scam or gullible cat parent? I see an ad for a beautiful cat cactus climbing frame? And then some fun cat toys. I end up buying both and spending a ridiculous amount of money. I wait 5 weeks?!?! For it to show up. I get a bag of rope, and when I check the email it says: Cute Cactus Cat Climbing Frame Rope × 1 Green.
Ugh. Plus the value is wrong too. All in all I lost $26.73 US, which for this Canadian is way too much. The cat toys are great, the rope... I need a Carpenter.

I ordered what was supposed to be a cat scratching post from a company that called itself Cocomaking.com on Dec. 8, 2019. On Dec. 28, 2019, I received notice that the scratcher (that was supposed to be standing and looking like a saguaro cactus) was being shipped. Today, instead of receiving the scratcher, I received a bag of two lengths of rope. One green and one white. It took a lot of digging to find out what this was because there was no return address and the tracking label, though it looked like it came from USPS, came from Fed Ex. I paid $30.98 for the item.

I purchased a cat cactus tree as well as 2 toys (fish) on 12/14. After not receiving any update on my order, I went on the shop's site. It no longer exists. I then researched the reviews the website and it appears it is a scam with no past customers receiving their items.

I have contacted the "seller" (although I am not optimistic a seller actually exists) and initiated a dispute with paypal.

The website was heavily advertised on FB and Instagram as having a sale of cute pet supplies. There was never any update on the order after it was placed and it`s been 10 days. No contact info expect for an email address that doesn`t respond. They prompted to pay via PayPal, and the recipient name that you can see only after placing an order is suspicious: DONG GUAN SHI JIAO MING LU DIAN ZI SHANG WU YOU XIAN GONG SI. At these point there are many reviews online stating the same story.
