The pillow they sent was too high for me. I returned it to the address they specified, but the Post Office shipped it back to me as they could not deliver it to the address. It has been more than five months since they promised to provide a usable return address or refund the money I paid. Their phone is never answered, and I think the emails are robot-generated. Just terrible company. I wish I could give it a zero rather than a single star.

CoBio was advertising their product on Instagram, I purchased a family pack of pillows on December 19. It is now February 28 and I have not received the product. After filing a dispute through PayPal the seller submitted a bogus tracking number.

There are two different emails being used for correspondence, it appears to be a personal Gmail and Cobio support email. Support after emailing Cobio support they got back to me with an apology of inconvenience and no further communication. Personal email was the responder via PayPal dispute.

I purchased numerous pillows + neck support items in early December to arrive by Christmas. When they didn’t arrive by then, I’ll began reaching out to the support and was told “we will look into this & reply” no reply. Next email when I requested a refund, “could we reship your items?” I replied no, then weeks go in between their responses to me. I received another reply today saying they will “meet with their team” and reply within 72 hours (which they’ve said before). The grammar in the emails indicate that English may not be their first language. I imagine I won’t receive a refund, I just want to alert others of this scam bc the Facebook ads are very convincing.

I strongly believe this is a scam company. I ordered a specialty pillow from their website with an advertised 100 day free trial. It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive anything. The email communication with their supposed support team seems fake as they take days or week to respond and never have a resolution or update on my delivery status. The tracking website they provide also seems phony and strange and has not been updated in weeks and claims my package is in customs for weeks now. Also showed a completely different product picture. I was declined a refund several times and still no resolution or answer to where my pillow is. They seem to be using a fake address in USA but are China based. There are also many complaints of being scammed from this company on Amazon which unfortunately I only saw after purchasing

I ordered a pillow from the Cobio pillow.com website on 12/28/24. I received a confirmation email that my order was received. I have not received the product. I have not received a confirmation number regarding the order. There is no way to track the order. My emails and phone calls go unanswered. After reviewing the company on line i read that other buyers are stating the same thing. No product arrives and the company cannot be reached.
