CNC Import Solutions, Tom “Tommy” Tank solicited his business selling CNC machines, building rapport and trust with us prior to us using his services. When we did finally decide to use his services, he had some “difficulties” delivering a certain CNC machine we had paid for. The machine was supposedly on consignment and had a multitude of issues that the owner did not want to fix so they decided to keep the machine. Tom now has promised to find us a replacement machine, though this was OVER ONE YEAR AGO, but was now promising us to find a replacement. He’s been avoiding all forms of communication, dodging phone calls and emails from us asking to be reimbursed after we decided to not move forward with his services due to the terrible communication on his end, and a gut feeling that Tom Tanks was unreliable. We expressed our concerns and asked for a refund prior to him going ghost, and he assured us that a check was in the mail months ago, before totally disappearing.
