I saw a famous men's underwear brand advertised on Instagram during the holidays, with heavily discounted sales. I went to the website (which was using the famous brand's name) and made some purchases. Upon email receipt, I noticed the sender was a different name. Delivery was coming from China, with a strange tracking system. I didn't get delivery confirmation until over a month after ordering. Package never arrived. I checked the website, and it's not changed to a women's wear e-commerce site. Reached out to customer service. They said they'd expedite a replacement package. New tracking said it was delivered today. No package arrived.
