I was approached about a job handling packages and reshipping them out to an end users. I was sent many packages in a time span of a month and these were reshipped out as instructed. I was never paid for the work performed in that time. I also spent money on supplies for shipping and was never reimbursed.

Complaint Against ClearSky Logistics

In January 2025, I was contacted via email by a company called ClearSky Logistics, stating they had found my resume on Indeed and were interested in offering me a remote position in their shipping department. After a phone interview, I received a job offer, completed all necessary HR paperwork, and went through the onboarding process.

The job responsibilities included receiving packages, inspecting them, repackaging them, and shipping them to designated locations. I officially started in Feb 2025 and was given instructions on ordering shipping supplies. Within a week, I began receiving multiple packages and promptly shipped them out as directed.

However, on the day I was scheduled to receive my first paycheck in March, I suddenly lost access to the company's online portal. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I received no response. To date, I have not been paid for the work performed.

After further research, I have reason to believe this company may be operating a fraudulent reshipping scheme. I am reporting this issue to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and local authorities. I strongly urge others to exercise caution if approached by this company.

This company approached me about a job and Gave me the job. I worked for them for a month. The end of Feb and the beginning of March. When I questioned them about where is my paycheck, I never heard from any of the people who contacted me the whole month until I didn't receive my paycheck.

They sad I would send off packages and be paid monthly. Now I can’t access the site and the phone numbers no longer work now. They stayed in contacted with me all ninety and now I can’t get on my dash board and the 888 number just send you to some hold music

I got call from this company saying they wanted to hire me for shipping I did everything I was told to do I shipped out package just as it was explained to me. They informed me I would get paid every month but it's seems like when it came time to pay I no longer could log into what they call the dashboard account every day up until then I have been able to log into the account today all day nothing I have tried to contact them I have tried everything n I have gotten nothing please help my rent is behind n me n family are looking at being homeless. Please please please help

A job was offered to me as a shipment clerk with a base pay at $2900 monthly and $20 bonus pay, a business profile was set up for me their “dashboard” payroll was sent to me to set up dd or live paycheck and since have not received any callbacks company does not respond to their emails. Look out for this supposed company

Have you called the company direct? the contact number on their site is - (888) 707-8145, the number they gave you is a scam, the email probably isn't real, call the 888 number, ask for HR and see what positions they're hiring for
