I went to this website online for Lysol and came across www.cleanula.com and It's fake I never recieved my order and the sent me a fake tracking Im catching h*** with paypal on getting my money back. Paypal needs to check there seller before they allow them to sell

7/12/2020, I made an online purchase via a website, www.cleanula.com for Lysol products in the amount $51.82. Choice of check out was via paypal with debit card. I didn't have to sign on to paypay and the links looked okay. I received an email the next day letting me know the charge will show up on my statement as KENTONEXTLC and contact person was Benjamin Toomey. I received an email from "paypal" with details of shipment along with USPS tracking number. It didn't show description of items I ordered, only a one line of numbers and #item number with a bunch of letters. I was suspicious at that point and checked the tracking number. It showed a delivery dated June 15, 2020, almost one month prior to my placing the order. I went to the website and found it was no longer there. I was not able to contact them, I canceled my card but it was too late they already got my money. They are utilizing the Lysol logo, the Paypal logo and somehow getting older tracking numbers of prior deliveries from USPS. Google search after the fact, showed that this website is a phishing scam site, taking orders and providing bogus information to fool the buyer into thinking they have legit order. They will have your money before you realize you were scammed. I reported to Lysol, FTC. Paypal dismisses any reports since they have not been personally affected. I read that they started another site, www.cleanyos.com - this is operating under the same pretense as Cleanula.com. I hope I can get my money back from my financial institution.

The website is no longer up I contacted the FBI and did a report with them as well I submitted all email addresses that were relevant, PayPal was notified by me prior to them releasing money to this fraudulent company and advise if they were scamming people and they sent the money to them anyway I also received a tracking number for another item that was delivered to my home a month prior now where they got the tracking number from I do not know but I feel like PayPal knew that they wereScammers and refuse to do anything about it. I dispute it with PayPal and with my bank because PayPal used my checking account so the thief does not have my checking account information they just have $90 which by the way the items came to $79.95 and then all of a sudden they charge PayPal $90. Please make sure that you also report any scams not only to the Better Business Bureau but to the FBI it is wire fraud and right now a lot of people are taking advantage of online purchases since the Covid Because the utility company scam no longer works since they’re not being shut off
