Used stock photos to show dryer vent lint claiming that a heavy duty clean was needed not the advertised special. This was not the case. When reaching out to customer service they sent back the same stock photo claiming it was the residence and job completed by the tech. Responded that it was clearly not our house and sent actually photos of the lint remaining in the vent and in the exterior covering. Would only accept Zelle for payment.

I needed a dryer vent service so googled and Cleanfreshness came up first with excellent reviews. It said Top Vent cleaning service in Oro Valley. They said they had a special for vent cleaning of $69 normally $199. I used their chat to setup and appt. When he got here, he said he checked and I needed a more cleaning so it would be $199. Because I was anxious to get it done, I said ok. He said he did the service but I am not sure because it did not take him long at all. I paid him by credit card. When I got the receipt, it did not have a phone number or address it just said DIAH LLC. I then tried the phone number on the website but it did not work. I did a chat and they said to call 888-819-2996. I then cancelled my credit card.
