My sister got a call from the 888 number and when she called back they had a bunch of my information that they disclosed to her. Then told her they NEEDED to speak to me urgently. I called today and when I tried to get the information I was put on hold and a man called Greg Williams came on the phone and asked me for personal information and then got aggressive with me telling me he got pulled out of a meeting for this and he though I wanted to settle my issue. He then told me that I owed $4359.42 on a delinquent loan from 11 years ago but that we could settle at $2188.64. I got nervous and said I could only give $1000 today and then I told him I would like everything in writing and proof of what I owe and to who. He then told me he would provide everything as soon as the agreed amount was paid. I would get everything in my email. I told him I’m a single mom and just paying $1000 is not easy for me and he said “are you trying to make me feel bad? I’m a father to a daughter and a husband to a wife if you don’t want to pay this I’ll just have you served” I told him I don’t feel comfortable paying anything without something in writing first. Then he said I have it recorded that you agreed to pay that amount. If you don’t follow through with your agreement they will use that against you in court. When I kept explaining why I don’t feel comfortable paying with out proof he said I was aggravating him and he was just gonna hang up and serve me.

They called my daughter to have me call them. They claimed to be mediation services, but we're rude and threatening when I refused to give them personal information and asked them to send me something in the mail and not to call my daughter. Same guy called me last year threatening to have me arrested for same reason. I asked to send me a letter about what debt or case they are talking about and refused to give my dob or verify my identity. Talked over me yelling at me saying it's being recorded and will be used against me in court, also good luck when you get served ect.
