I wish I could negative for this company. called for our gas fireplace; confirmed they would work on it and scheduled a call. Tech came out as promised, sat on FaceTime with his "boss", ran to Home Depot and got some compressed air and steel wool. Informed it needed a 'deep cleaning' and it will fix the problem. Concerned, I asked if the cleaning doesn't fix the problem, then what? Tech informed me that the cleaning fee would be refunded or not charged. Great, tech proceeded and I paid. Went to turn on the fireplace later that evening, still not fixed. Called again and they came out a week later, sprayed some air and tried charging again! Told him I'm not paying and he left. Well went to turn it...again, STILL not working. Called a third time and they came out a well before Christmas. Tech finally looked at me and told me they can't fix it and left. All during this time, my husband has been trying to get ahold of someone to get our $479 cleaning fee refunded as discussed. Their "supervisor" Lydia should seriously consider a non-customer focused role. Proceeded to dodge every call only to tell us, "We're not doing anything for you". AVOID THIS PLACE and the affiliate of *** ******* *****!!!
