During the call, I immediately logged into my citi account to confirm that I had no card ending in 3352. Before she transferred me to a supervisor, I asked her what credit card product it was. She did not understand the question; a true citi credit card rep would know what credit card products they have. I repeated the question. This time, she answered "visa". I know that citi has mostly Mastercards. I repeated the question a third time, emphasizing that I want to know the credit card product name. She tried to say she needed to transfer me to the supervisor in order to share that personal info. I pointedly stated that if she truly worked for Citi, she would know what credit card products are. She hung up without answering the question.
