I purchased a 3 year listing in a Sam.gov registry. I never received the product. When i informed Cheryl that my listing was not active she convinced me that she was attempting to restore the listing that was lost. After several emails and no success. I asked for my money back. I was told no because it had been 11 days since i paid for the product.
