Chase Card / Imposter Reports & Reviews (1)

The person who called was a robo-voice and then transferred to an Indian man who said he was in EST. He said his name was Mark Allen from Chase Card member services, Experian, and BBB. He wanted to lower my interest rates on my Visa/MC for 6% since I was an "amazing consumer who was never late on the payments so I deserve this". When he called on my work phone I asked him where he got it and he said it was on my profile with the ScamPulse.com and Experian. I am at work and immediately logged into both of those accounts and neither have my work or cell phone listed. I asked him to confirm my cell phone and he could not and I told him this was a scam and I had to get back to work so I hung up. He immediately called back 6 times, each one with a different number (302, 478, 470, 475, 479, 404) I finally picked up on the 404 and each time (3 times) he kept reading the script and I told him to go off script and i didn't want the 6% reward and he threatened to close my accounts and black list me. I then told him it was illegal to do so since i was the one stating i didn't want the reward and that he can't close my accounts. Meanwhile, he is reading the script talking under me and finally when he stopped, I said "I do not want the 6% reward for being such an amazing consumer who pays her bills on time. I logged into my ScamPulse.com account and neither phone number is there in my profile and I'm on the phone with Chase." (I truly was but on hold). I said "good bye" and hung up. He called back 4 times and hasn't called back since. I guess him hearing me say I was on the phone with Chase and then not picking up meant I was confirming that this was indeed a scam.
