Ordered 5 wind spinners. Per site products would shipped from a US warehouse.
There is no warehouse and no products.
I received a 4 inch long boot brush.
I contacted shipper via Gmail. They said I was shipped the wrong product. I requested a full refund. DENIED!
I was told the best they would do is refund approximately 2/3rds of total funds.
These [censored] are in China.

Ordered 4 wind spinners from the company Charm Join which were never delivered. They also had me sign up for a tracking service called Track718. I do have a case with my credit union on this to get my money back.

With the company Track718 there is no way for me to delete my account. they provide no phone number and only a chat service that states they are closed.

It was a facebook ad for wind spinners. They were claiming a sale of overstock. I was directed to their website and placed an order for three of this product. I promptly got a confirmation email with a link for tracking. The tracking appeared to be updated consistently. The only thing I got delivered was a GRA moissanite ring via Canada Post originating from the following address: EPARCEL HONGKONG, Toronto Returns Gateway 4567 Dixie Road, Mississauga, Ont, M0R 4Y0. When I looked up the ring, it appears that this is a scam too where the company sends you a ring via third party info (Amazon, Paypal and I'm guessing through this company too) and they use that to create a "review" for that ring under your name. I attempted now three times to reach out the this Charmjoin company to just get a refund and I am now aware that I will not be getting the original product that I ordered. Got off add on Facebook and ordered spinners. Order went thru got confirmation a week later then said delivered to my address set in mailbox but no way would fit in there. Checked with neighbors and no package anywhere. Sent 2 emails but never got a response.
