Purchaser to Support: I never received a confirmation email or order number for my purchase. Please cancel my order. (No response from support.)

Support: Fortunately, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt (with the exception of hygiene products). After receiving it, you can easily request a return form from us via email.

Me: I received an item with no paper invoice, despite previously requesting my order be cancelled. Please refund my order and provide a shipping label so I can send it back.

Support Response: Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel your order. Please note that we do not provide paper invoices, as we sell exclusively to consumers.

Me: Here are clear photos of the package and product. Please send a return label.

Return reason: The product is not the same quality as the item pictured. Additionally, there appear to be an infinite number of websites with slight variations of the “Charles & Nancy” name, showing the same product photos and even slightly different owners. These are clearly AI-generated scam websites.

Regarding your note about the multiple websites: thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take concerns like this seriously and will look into the matter further.

Below are the return instructions for your item:

Our return shipment must meet the following conditions:

• Return your order within 30 days of receipt. The 30-day return period is binding.

• Ensure that the products are in their original packaging and free from signs of use.

You are, of course, welcome to return the order to us. To help us process your return smoothly and ensure your refund, could you please send us a clear photo of the package and the product? This allows us to verify the condition and protect your refund, even if any damage occurs during return shipment.

As soon as we receive and approve your photos, we will promptly send you the return form and instructions.

Return costs:

• Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

• We strongly recommend sending your return shipment with a track-and-trace code. Please note that returns are at your own risk and that your package may be lost or untraceable without a tracking number. In that case, the purchase price will not be reimbursed.

Me: I tried several times to use the shipping company link you sent (DHL Express), but it says my postal code is invalid. I’m thinking the company you chose only ships items from Europe — the initial screen was in German, so that would make sense.

Do you have a shipping site that works for items being returned from the U.S. to your location? I don’t have your address, so I can’t check rates through our postal services. Please advise on the best next steps to get this return to you.

Support: You can absolutely use this DHL link to book your return: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/book-online.html — that should allow you to proceed without any issues related to postal codes or regional restrictions.

We wanted to kindly follow up with you regarding your return request. Could you please let us know if you’ve already returned the order? If so, we would appreciate it if you could share the return tracking details with us.

If you haven’t returned the item yet, as an alternative, we would be happy to offer you a 15% partial refund. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

(This would have caused me, the consumer, to spend more money returning the item than the item was worth — for only a 15% refund. Additionally, they changed the return terms before the 30-day return window had closed.)
