I was visiting my parents' and saw a 713-465-6944 number calling and listed as Not Available. After hearing that lovely water drop sound, then Neil with CenterPoint came in and said that he was coming over to disconnect for non-payment My parents ALWAYS pay their bills, plus they had not received any prior notice. He gave me a number to contact to pay as 877-553-4846. They were just "the electric company". When I asked them a few more questions, he hung up on me.
