He was disatched by Lowes Extended Warranty - Came, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and made an appointment to return. He didn't comne back and when I called Lowes they told me that the claim was closed, as if it was complete. He's got something going on here and is really f'ing up a complany with a simliar name. I am reporting it to the state's attorney's office.

I have a Lowe's Protection Plan, and they assigned a technician from Jax Appliance FL (not to be confused with Jax Appliance) to repair my washer. The technician, whose number is +1 (904) 755-1066, showed up, looked at the washer for barely two seconds, claimed it needed a new motherboard, then blocked my number and closed the claim. Based on multiple Yelp reviews, this seems to be a repeated tactic. It appears he’s scamming Lowe's by pretending to perform services he never actually provides, leaving homeowners frustrated and having to call Lowe's again to request a different service provider for proper assessment and repairs.

I am having the same issue, my warranty company sent this guy out with that number and company name that you cannot find anywhere on the internet. He was late to the appointment, he did no diagnostic on the machine, took the parts that were sent by the warranty company, said that they were the wrong parts and he would order the parts and come back out, and he never did. The warranty company says they know nothing about it, and when they finally got a hold of the man to see what's going on, they told me the parts on the way. I could not get this guy scheduled through the company nor calling this guy that never calls back but reads the messages. Then all of a sudden the warranty company is saying that this man said that I have plumbing issues. Which I absolutely do not, plus the fact that he never did a diagnostic on the machine and the water drains out just fine. So now the warranty company refuses to believe me and will not do any further service on my machine until I hire somebody to prove that I have no problems with my plumbing. I do not know if this man even has a license to do business but I would think that Allstate would be concerned with the contractors and companies they're doing business with.? As it is the call center is not in the United States, and the person that was hired to do the job is not from the United States. But yet this company has our money for warranty.
