I ordered a dress for a graduation ball because their website promised international delivery in 6–12 days. That was a complete lie. The dress took nearly a month to arrive and showed up two weeks after the event, making it completely useless.
During that time, I repeatedly contacted customer service and was met with the same robotic copy-and-paste responses over and over again. It was obvious no one was actually reading my emails or taking responsibility.
When the dress finally arrived (far too late), I requested a full refund because they failed to deliver within their advertised timeframe. Instead, they refused and tried to fob me off with store credit — despite this not being clearly stated in their terms when I ordered.
After researching this company properly, I discovered I’m far from the only person they’ve treated this way. There are countless complaints online describing the exact same issues: delayed deliveries, poor-quality products, misleading advertising, and refusal to issue refunds. Their Kouvr Fashion was also flagged by Truth in Advertising for allegedly misleading claims about product design, sustainability claims, and media endorsements.
Their Better Business Bureau currently gives them an F rating, citing complaints and failure to respond.
Trustpilot is full of customers describing almost identical experiences — late deliveries, products not matching photos, and being denied refunds in favour of useless store credit.
This company hides behind vague contact information, offers no real complaints process, and appears to rely on flashy marketing while delivering terrible service.
Had I done more research beforehand, I never would have ordered from them.
Save your money, save your time, and buy your special occasion outfits from a legitimate retailer. Avoid Kouvr Fashion at all costs.
I sent it back expecting a store credit and to buy it again---but there is no return process.

There is no phone number to call and they do not return emails.
I’m trying to retrieve the money that KOUVR fashion deducted from my bank account for a purchase I never received. I ordered the items in December and have yet to receive them..
