Ordered a bra per an add. The ad states FREE RETURNS. When I emailed to attempt to return, I was first offered a site coupon and $10, then after responded I was offered a greater site coupon and $7 refund. both responses included comments about how expensive it is to return items to China. My last communication with them this morning was a screenshot of the ad that states FREE RETURNS and a request for the return of the full price of the item. I have not received another response.
