After payment is made, they then disclose via email that you are actually applying for a New Hampshire Non-Resident carry permit that should be legal in other states that are on the "list". Customer Service then advised me of this disclaimer: "*You understand that it is YOUR exclusive responsibility to determine whether you are authorized to carry a concealed weapon in your city, state or other location."
I am uncomfortable with that risk. Once advised of it I immediately (and politely) requested a refund because I do not want a New Hampshire non-resident permit. The response was that they would only refund 25%.
Since I am going to lose most of my $ I asked what other costs are involved in completing the process. They have not responded, leading me to believe this is only the beginning of their intended charges.
