I was applying for a gloobal entry card on the authentic usa.gov website. After I left that site for a few minutes I went back and was on the global website that looks almost exactly like the usa.gov website. I didn't realize that the website had changed. So I completed the application and paid the fee of $280.00. I called muy credit card company but wasn't abnle to get through to the fraud department.
