Silas Bailey was the name given as the spokes person. He spoke of chants available from your Guardian Angel that would provide wealth, prosperity and healing powers that would be sent to me by way of email to use for a set number of days. I am a religious person that believes in Angels. At the time I placed my order today, I did not realize this was the exact same company I ordered from on November 25, 2024. I did not receive the quaranteed product on that day, therefore don't believe I will receive it now. I called the number listed for help and told them I no longer wanted the product and would like my money back immediately after I told them the order number from November and that I didn't receive the product then. The person that answered the phone stated she could not do that and that I had to wait until the product arrived and then return it for my money back. I disagreed and asked for her manager which she said was unavailable at the time. I then asked for the manager's name and number for me to call at a later time. She again refused to give me the requested information and repeated I had to wait for the product first. You were guaranteed your money back within 30 days if you didn't like the product or it didn't work for you. I told her I should not have to wait for a product that hasn't been sent yet if I no longer wanted the product and wish to cancel my order. She said that's not how they operate and I would have to wait after she varified my information. I refused to accept that and she hung up. I was firm but polite the entire conversation. I believe what Silas Bailey and his Cartpanda company about Guardian Angels is a fraud.
