Do not buy anything from this scam company. They will send you random mats with supposed to fit your car but the won't fit and you not going to receive any customer support. I pay by PayPal so for start I was sure I will get my money back from pay pal but because of seller trick me and asked me to close PayPal case to get replacement but after I closed the case seller just ignores me and never replied to my emails. PayPal cannot help me now because I closed the case. Now I have mats with doesn't fit my car at all, also the quality is not the best. So avoid and buy from someone else

Looked up car mats for my new vehicle on Google. First one under shopping tab was carmelo car mats. Didn't think much of it. Liked the way they looked. They had lots of 5 star reviews so I bought some which were over $200 Canadian. A month later, still nothing in the mail. They deleted their Instagram page. You are unable to comment on any of their posts. They send me a b.s. email saying it's stuck in customs and could be another 14+ business days. They asked for my email, tracking number and order number, (which I did not give them, knowing what I know now.) I checked a couple more websites about scammers and a few YouTube channels of what to do and what not to do. One suggested I report it so that is what I am doing. I don't like being taken advantage of. It has a 50 of 100 trust review, I would like to help as many people as I can not to fall for this as I did. 200$ is not just pocket change. They obviously had people in the company or paid people to leave 5 star reviews so they could scam people and seem legit, till I noticed a month later people started realizing it is a scam and started deleting any fraudulent reviews. Wish I knew then what I know now. I feel abused and disgusted. Hope justice is served to who deserves it.
