Ordered from carharfansvip.com and received a fake Carhartt jacket

I ordered from carharfansvip.com what I thought was a Carhartt woman's rain jacket with fleece lining in size XL. I received and XXL with definite signs of it being a fake Carhartt, like an ironed on logo, fleece lining that sheds horribly and just cheap fabric. I contacted Carhartt and this is not one of their garments. When I emailed the company at [email protected] for a return because they sent the wrong size and that I was not happy with the quality, I got this response:

I ordered the jacket, a carhartt knockoff. It was sent from a warehouse in Jamaica NY. It didn’t fit so I asked to return it. They told me to keep it and they would refund 10%, I said no, they said 15%, I counter offered 40% and they said no. So I said just let me return this and they gave me an address to china to return it - told me ti check postage before I do because it may be more than I will get back. I asked why I had to return to china when it was sent from the US, all I got was sorry, China is their return address. So this is their rackett
