I ordered a bottle of the Dr. Oz diabetic gummies from Bio Heal, . My credit card was charged the first time $198.78. I had purchased the multiple added supply, so I did not think anything of this until; I was charged today for supplies not sent. I did receive a extra set of 3 cbd gummies in February. So when I was charged at the end of this month, and no supplies sent ,,, I had to block my Card.

I had the same revolting and frustrating experience as the other people that have filed a complaint. After reading the previous reviews I have come to realize that they use the same scheme to defraud their customers. On Jan.14th 2024,I submitted an order for $59.99 for 2 bottles of CBD gummies + 2 free bottles and free shipping. After submitting my order I expected to get an order confirmation # or a confirmation email. The email came a long while later and the invoice read &198.78. I replied to the email right away, saying that my order was for $59.99 and that I want to cancel the order. The answer was that they cannot cancel it as it was already processed and shipped. I disputed the transaction with my bank and the solution was that it is my responsibility as I could not provide a confirmation cancelation email. I asked the merchandiser for a refund with my return of the sealed, unopened package, They offered to do it after I receive the package, email them a photo of it and they would provide a RMA # without which I cannot return it. For 2 weeks and several emails I kept requesting a RMA # to no avail I called the number and 10 min. into the call, I was told by their rep.
That she cannot see my account anymore and cannot provide a RMA #

I ordered 3 bottles of Bio Heal Gummies, the price was to be $39.45 for 3 bottles and 2 additional bottles free, with free shipping and a satisfaction 60 day money back guarantee. When I received my credit card statement, I had been billed $238.54. I called their number (855) 658-6710 and spoke to a person by the name of "Ayesha" who was obviously from another Country. At first she offered to refund me $50 for the billing error, which I refused, as I explained I had been overcharged $120.19. After going back and forth, she finally placed my call on hold and came back stating she could refund my credit card $119.27. Out of frustration, I agreed, only to be told moments later that there had been an error and she could not refund the money to my credit card. She then told me she would provide me with an electronic check for the $119.27, which I could then provide electronically to my credit card company, and that it would be issued within 7 - 10 business days. I asked for her to hold while I contacted my credit card to confirm their acceptance of an electronic check, but she said she could not, as they had other callers on the line. I then requested authorization to return the product since it was sold with a 60 day money back guarantee that it could be returned for a full refund if not satisfied. After providing the information and return authorization number and address, she advised that if I returned the product, since one bottle had been opened, it would be considered sold and that I would only be refunded for two bottles, at 60 some dollars per bottle, and not the $238.54 my card had been charged. I finally agreed to the electronic check, as it seemed no other recourse, but informed her I would be contacting my credit card company to put them on notice and would be disputing the entire amount charged to me should there be any problem whatsoever with the electronic check. Outrageous, not only being overbilled, but failure to stand behind their 60 day money back guarantee. Total Fraud.

My parents had me order them the cbd gummies and their card declined (they had issues w their bank so that was a precaution) and asked me do it. I used my card and I got same decline but Wells Fargo texted right away once I saw the total and told my parents it’s not $117 or it’s $198.78 they’re like no way! When you pick which package you want which they wanted the buy 3 get 2 free bottles at checkout it never said total just enter your card info. I did approve purchase w wells which just lets them know it’s me and not fraud which I would then have to retry on the website which I didn’t. I checked my bank I have a charge and a credit ok no big deal. Hour and a half later I got an email thanking me for my order and I logged into wells and low and behold they charged my card! Their website literally declined my card telling me try again and they went ahead and charged me. I called customer service and they were useless! Representative offered me 50% refund which I told the woman why would I want a half [censored] refund?! We went back and forth for 15 minutes then she’s like since you’re so loyal how about 70% refund I said stop giving me a % that’s not 100! I kept yelling at her for a supervisor because she kept talking over me going on and on about a partial refund which it didn’t even ship the email said 1-4 business days to process! Finally agrees to a supervisor and comes back they’re not available and they will call back which surprise surprise they didn’t. I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo. I’ll be showing wells Fargo this site for reference of these scammers. For some reason their website is no longer working. Their scam also is the total number of bottles in the entire order is $39.76 each which you have to scroll to read that at the very bottom of site. Which this website says it can’t upload it that it’s an error.

I ordered a bottle of the Dr. Oz diabetic gummies from Bio Heal, the price was $39.99. My credit card was charged the first time $198.78. I call the customer service number on their site, they told me they couldn't cancel or refund my money as it had shipped. I called less than 3 mins after ordering. I said no way had it shipped already and it was a scam. They hung up on me and then charged another $59.99 to my card.
