I ordered their product because i felt i could use it, it was onsale; buy one get 2 free. Come to find out the items were charged separately; therefor, i was paying for every item. I e-mailed them right away after i received the invoice through my email, to cancel my order & return my $. They said the order already went through, when i recieve the product from the mail, send it back for a refund. I did so, didn't open the package, mailed it back, they recieved it and told me there will be a restocking fee, $80.00. Said they had to inspect it to see if is contaminated, then restock it. I didnt even open it, i told them. They returned $219.87, still kept $80.00 for restocking fee, then said they would charge $40.00 to restock if i agree. I told them NO i want all my $ back. There was nothing in writing when i ordered this, if there had been, i would have not ordered.
