They called me last week, told me there is a new standards in Ottawa about house insulation, if I don't upgrade my insulation it will have a much higher bill for heating and pressed me to make an appointment for inspection before I can check if there is such an regulation. LIES! I called my condo office and they had heard nothing with "new regulation", and when I try to call its customer service to cancel the appointment it just guide me to an automatic response and says "we will call you back in 48 business hours". Do they do too much scam calls so they need 48 hours to call back?
