On Nov 29, 2017 we placed an order worth of $1718.70 to Calmini. However, the product was never shipped to us. After around 20 phone calls to ask for the product and get promised that the product would be delivered next week (around 5 times), we still did not get any product. After waiting for 5 months, we realized that this will NEVER be delivered to us. This is a SCAM. I later on keep calling the business. There are one receptionist and one salesman named Justin. Justin would tell you that the refund will be transferred to you the next day (same with what he promised for the order to be delivered). I was very patient and call every week, and lately, everyday, in total it is around 50 calls and i got the same promise each time. I realize i will NEVER get my refund back. This is a SCAM and i do not know why there are so many complaints about them and the state of California still let them operate ??? Is there anything fishy here? My husband purchased a lift kit on line from Calmini.com and its bin 6 months and we never recived our lift kit that cost $836.70. I have called multiple times to the number stated at the website and my bill my husband even went to the store in 12539 Jomani Dr. Bakersfield Ca demanding our money back and guess what? Wen i call they tolld me they cant give us our money because they have to speek to there acounting department wich you as a customer can not talk to only they can. The guy who answered the phone so called *** kept dodging me trying to get our money back he always had a different reason why they couldnt return our money. I will keep calling them every day for proof that every day they chainge there story. Tomorrow i will be contacting our bank so i can dispute it there, if not i will be getting a lawyer so he can help us fight this. Because the more research i do on this compnay the more i belive they are a bunch of scammers.
