I was on social media and saw an ad for a football related product. I have had success using this platform in the past and when I saw it was going to be delivered by the SHOP App which I have used many times before I believed it to be legitimate. When I didn't receive the product in the time frame promised, I reached out and got an immediate reply saying they were behind in order fulfillment but it was in process, so I took that at face value. When I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks I reached out again asking at this point for a refund since now I didn't trust them. They told me that I would get a refund PLUS the missing products as a good will gesture (and frankly all I want is one OR the other) but now I haven't heard anything since. I have reached out to the company and they have not responded.
