These people called and stated that a complaint has been issued in my SS # ( they had the last 4 numbers) that I owe over $700 for a EZ Cash loan that I never took out. I tried to get an explanation and the woman hung up on my twice. Granted I got very upset and they told me it was a recorded line so I did not care. I asked for a copy of the signed contract and also documentation for my lawyer. They hung up. I called back and they were rude, told me to calm down and I still did not get an explanation. They told me that documentation would be sent out, or the people who they stated I owe will call me.

They keep calling me from (475) 330-3592. They asked me for my social Security # I refused to give it to them. And they in turn said it would turn into a legal matter. So I said they could send me the information in the mail, so I could validate the claim against me. They said that would be fine and they would be sending me the information. Literally 8 minutes later I get a call again. I told them that I already agreed to getting mail from them and that the phone call should have stopped. Lets see if they call again.

this company keeps calling me calling me by my "married last name" i been legally divorced since 2012. they have my last 4 digits to my social. i blocked them, and they are calling from different numbers (920)710-6622 or (833)861-4044. i knew it was a scam, but i had to look it up for sure. And here i see all these reviews. how can we get them shut down? their website isn't a real one. i can't take these shenanigans

They called me 5 times in one day about a debt that i knew nothing about and claimed that if was not taken care of today .they would have me arrested .

Keeps calling me from 918-992-3293 saying I owe for a cash usa loan that I have never gotten I told them to show me proof and that I am disputing this and to QUIT! calling me

I can't believe this! Is this company really a scam? The accent sounds as if the company is outsourced and when they call, the voices are demanding and threatening. I've given them about $175, as I was told that they were reaching out to collect a debt I owed to CashNet USA (which is true). I've been paying to get the outstanding loan down, only to find out that it's pure comedy! A straight Joke? Now I'm pissed and need to find a way to have my money refunded back to me. What a Frakn Waste!

Mosasaurus sound very familiar to most of you except for the fact that an employee by the name of Melissa actually threaten my life! The numbers were 501-406-1527 and 855-705-0440

A local number called me (501) 406-1527-leaving an automated message stating it was a very important legal matter and gave me a reference #JMY9474-and then to call 1-888-274-0897. I called the number and they gave me my last 4 of my social and my maiden name. I asked what it was over and they informed me I had defaulted on a loan from Discount Advance. I live in the state of Arkansas where payday loans are not allowed. The men threatened me with court-I told them to bring everything they have because I have never taken out a payday loan. They then hung up on me and I have repeatedly tried to call them back and they will not answer any phone.

Joshua and Quincy called from 833-867-9961 or 8882740897 with old information, Saying they have a file for me in collections which is impossible. TOTAL SCAM! this compnay needs to be shut down. I had my number removed and DONT VERIFY your personal information PERIOD with any of these JOKERS! Not professional.

I just got call they had last 4 digits of social and they refuse to give me an address for my attorney to reach them. Since i am a Legalshield and Idshield rep I understand these scams..

I have just got a call from the 323 321 6323 i called it call a guy answered and i ask him what was it for i keep on asking he said hes name was Quince Brown then he tryed asking to confirm a 4 digit number i said no i need to know first what isnthis and he hung up! Please Report this !

I have been receiving threatening calls to my home and cell. The numbers that they call from are not consistent either. I received a call from (866) 546-0098 and (323) 321-6323.They are stating that there is an important business matter that needs to be discussed and if not there is the threat of taking legal action. This artificial company is accusing me of taking out a loan of $550.00 back in 12/2013 from a company called 'Fast Cash'. They frightenly have my name, address, last of social and potentially my place of employment at that time. It's a complete SCAM!!!

Get yourself a consumer lawyer. I got one and in the works with them to fight off these people trying to use legal terms to try and scare me.
