We placed an order for unfilled camel bone knife scales on 10/16/2023. This was after many (18) back and forth emails to Mr. Ram Kishan Kushwaha- the CEO of RM Exports. Our questions to him ranged from type of bone, and are they epoxy filled? He stated with assurance that the flat camel bone scales would not be filled. We had to order 12 pair to get free shipping from India. We paid $122.80 for these 12 pair, and then waited. On November 16th I emailed emailed Mr. Kushwaha again and he stated the polishing had to be done. We received the package on the 23rd of November, and it was someone else's order, his name and invoice on the outside of the box, and 50 pair of scales. Emailed again and told that FedEx would pick them up. When our order came, it was addressed again to someone else, and the invoice stated 14 pair instead of 12, and they were all filled with epoxy and chipping at the sides. Tried to get Mr. Kushwaha to send me a shipping label to return the defective product for a refund due to his dishonesty about the scales, and he will not do so. He sent me a copy of their return policy instead. FedEx came out of the blue to pickup the customers order, and we demanded we get a receipt from them- won't trust RM Exports again. After a lot of haggling, we were emailed a receipt from FedEx. Mr. Kushwaha blames FedEx for their own error in putting someone's name on an order with the wrong address and having to pick it up again. But won't send a label to us even though we sent pictures of the junk scales they sent us. So many mistakes on their end, but they will not accept responsibility for them. Don't buy from them or do so at your own risk. I will be spreading the word through my contacts and social media so hopefully no one else has to deal with this dishonest company.
