Same thing. This is their customer service number (866) 338-3597 but my bank account reflected Fl and incomplete number 866 419 45 she stated that it would be at my home by 9/19 which is 10 days after being charged. Its quite possible that it will not be the correct gummies with Na, Ca, Mg BHB ( Beta hrydroc.) also contacted my bank.

I ordered 1 bottle of the lion's mane, was billed for two, and two Neuro Boost. I did not place an order for the Neuro Boost, they said I was refunded $95.99 but I was still charged the initial amount of 198.00. Advertisement stated it was endorsed by Neurosurgeon Ben Carson. I have been calling to ask for my refund as it states on their website. I only get a recording. This is a scam. I have been in contact with my bank, I was told by my bank that I have to cancel on the Bio-Lyfe end of this transaction.

Same experience as above buy 3 get 2 free. Didn’t want the extra product and they charge for it. Out 259.00. Says delivery in 3-5 days, it’s been 8 days and nothing yet.

Maybe the guy who got bottles in the mail belonged to you. It is a scam and they need to be stopped. The P.O. Box is in Brandon Florida so I’m sure the fraudulent company is around there some where. I want my money back 259.99. This restocking fee is bull[censored] lie just to make money . And it’s tax free! Scammers!

Ordered from Facebook-$38 “Special deal. Was charged $199.99 and three days later $60.00. Called to complain- got voicemail and left message to cancel all. No response. Mastercard says charges went through and I have to take it up with BIO LYFE again by phone or email. No product received to return after 9 days.
Oprah should sue them for using her image and story to rip people off.

BIOLYFE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING

I ordered the 5 bottles, declined the detox. As the ad said buy 3 get 2 free i did not carefully read "it's like getting" $39.95 per bottle. In very small light print it states actual price is $66 per bottle. I discovered the $199 charge only1hr 40 min after placing the order. I immediately called as it said it would ship in 24 hrs. I was told the order was "already fulfilled" and offered a 30% discount. I declined. The CSR then offered 100 dollars off but still receive 5 bottles. I expected to pay $120 so getting $100 off and only paying $99.95 works. Call, complain. Threaten to return as soon as you receive them (cannot just refuse delivery. Need return authorization # to get refund) and they will make an offer. Never accept 1st offer. They would rather make some money than none. Cheapest place FOR SAME ITEM if you find them helpful is Amazon. It's like $66 for 3 bottles not Per bottle.

First off, I don’t order anything on Facebook, unfortunately my husband thought it was a “great deal” and ordered through BioLyfe.
The advertised prices was $39 and our card was charged $199.99! I’ve started the disputed process. This company is a scam!

Scam! They’ll rip you off!

Ordered 3 bottles for $40, entered all my info & then it asks if you want to add a detox product as well. I did not but I get to the final page, the summary of the purchase & it’s $260! $200 for 5 bottles of BioLyfe & $60 for the detox. This was NOT what I ordered. Luckily my credit card already had them on their scam list. I guess if it sounds too good to be true, it’s a scam!

I went on line to a site and they where advertising the Bio Lyfe.
I nought what I thought was 4 bottles for $60.00, so I bought them and was charged $199.99 plus $60.00 for grand amount of 259.00. Please help. I don't mind paying for produ to that I get but I don't care for how sneaky they are. I will never do business with them again now that I have found the real site.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Received email about product and they advertised Dr. Oz and Kelly Clarkson supporting and using this product. It takes you to a website and they offer buy 3 get 2 free but state they are so much per bottle. I believed it was pay for 3 and get 2 free which was false. It takes you to the next page and they suggest an additional product. I did not want that product and it doesn't let you skip. You don't notice until check out that it has added 5 bottles at one price and added the item that you didn't want. I called the customer support and they say they are a third party and cannot cancel the order. It has already gone through to fulfillment which is not true. This is a scam. They have charged the credit card and I am working with the credit card company to stop the transaction.
