Order and received shipment in June of 2023. Contacted company in July for a refund. Was told to return unused product for a full refund. Items returned and did not receive refund. Just got banking info from accountant for tax purposes and discovered that the company is still taking money from my checking account on a regular basis.

Notice a charge on my credit card for Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov. Had not noticed before. I called them and was told it was for a subscription of gummies. I have not received any gummies for Biolyfe at any time but I have been charged.

Retuned bottles unopened & in original packaging… and STILL waiting for my $250 refund. Today they informed me that “due to a malfunction on their end, they sent me an e-check to my email” which I never received! They are a huge scam! They put you on hold only to come back with some stupid & unrealistic excuse!

Ordered 2 bottles of CBD late on the first Friday night in December '22. Attempted to cancel less than 12 hours later, only to receive an email the following Tuesday (6-Dec) that the order for 3 bottles had gone out (my CC charged for 3 bottles rather than the 2 ordered). They said to send an email for a return RMA when the bottles arrived. By 13-Dec, they officially cancelled my order and asked for a picture of the unopened bottle before they would provide a RMA. At this point, they offered me $50 to forget the whole thing. I sent a photo on 13-Dec and a week later (21-Dec) they provided a RMA and process for returning the order. They increased their forget about it amount to $85.
I had little trust at this point so I took pictures of the package as I handed it to the USPS. Oh yeah, returns go to a PO box, so no FedEx or UPS. US Postal only. I emailed the tracking number to them, and monitored it's shipping, noting that it arrived on 3-Jan. Now a full month after I tried to cancel an order less than 12 hours after placing it, I was growing increasingly frustrated. By 19-Jan, I reached out and 3 days later customer service responded that they had not yet been notified of the package's arrival. Assuming that was bs, on 25-Jan I pointed them to the tracking number indicating that it had arrived over 3 weeks earlier and I would expect a more proactive approach on their part. I included the pictures of the package I had taken at the post office.
3 days later (28-Jan), I am told that for some reason they cannot explain they are unable to credit my card back, even though it is a basic, valid VISA-backed card. Instead, they will issue an "e-check", it will take 7-10 days and it will only be for $139, not the $170. They provided no explanation for the reduced amount (I'm assuming they are claiming an otherwise never-disclosed re-stocking fee).
It is now 3-Feb, 2 full months after attempting to cancel an order in which BioLyfe over-charged me. I have not received any refund, and I honestly have little expectation of receiving one. This company appears to be built on a bilk-the-rubes model, providing no special service or value-add. I urge you to avoid them.

Company signs you up for subscription without notification and then refuses to remove the additional charges to your credit card. Product is also worthless and does absolutely nothing for your health.

Basically got ripped off searching the web thought I was buying gummy bears for $35 and it end up being $259.99 and my card was charged an hour later I called the company and they said it was too late for them to cancel the order it already been shipped out which was a total lie! the label was done that night and nobody works that late for delivery service. I yelled and screamed and cussed them out and they end up charging my card 199.99 and then $60 for detox crap and for me to get my money back I would have to wait for the shipment to come to my house and then return the package unopened non-damaged to get my full refund.
I finally get an email from them saying that I was going to get $189.99 back and they were charging me $70 for Re stocking fees. never heard of that and nothing in their emails mentioned anything about restocking fees so they lied lied lied so the rep put me on hold and decided to give me half of my $70 back because it’s a third-party it was out of her control. no it’s not out of there control, they are one company lieing to consumers just to make a quick buck because I returned the package unopened and their own package and I packaged it in another box so it wouldn’t get damaged and spent $30 to ship it back to them. Another rep decided to send me an email and said that she went above and beyond which is bull[censored] and that there’s anything else they can do for me let them know! yes you can give me back my full refund of 259.99 which is the right thing to do and that is going above and beyond because you got your product back safe and sound and unopened and with your own packaging. This company needs to be stopped and put out of business if it’s even a legit company

I had the same infuriating experience after they sent another shipment stating that I signed up for a subscription, which I would never do. They refused to stop the shipment (I called based on a credit card notification) before it was sent, saying they couldn't, thus making it necessary for me to receive it, then call them again to get a return authorization number, and take it to be shipped. After that, it began a series of requests to get a refund. The amount charged was $129.99 for two bottles (that I never ordered or wanted). First they told me my bank wouldn't take their refund. First lie. Then they told me they would send an e-check but they needed my email address, which is what they used to contact me for this request. Another stall. I called them a 4th time, now 3 month since the return was in their hands, and they told me the e-check needs 10 days to process. It was already 20 days. At that point I told them I was reporting them to my bank and my state consumer protection office, and magically, the e-check appeared the next day. A total 3 1/2 months later. This company needs to be put out of business. I agree! Oh and...the refund check (which I can't be sure will get into my account since I don't trust them to do anything they say they'll do) is that the final amount was $10 less than the charged amount. In the end they still find a way to rip off the consumer.

I also ordered this and was told 69.99 charged my account 199.99, contacted them returned product . Was told they had a problem returning money to my account. Was promised a check from them. And got nothing. These people are crooks DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have several emails as proof!

ordered the product supposedly endorsed by Oprah W. Thought it was $39 but got charged $259. $199 plus $60 for detox pills that I decline at check out. Called them right away - they kept telling me they will give me 50% Off. Fought with them they finally refunded those and then gave me a tracking number for my product that has been in the status of " moving through network" called them 3 times now been a month they refuse to give me a refund. Calling my cc now to dispute as fraud
Took $ never received product

Going too my bank file dispute tuesday when they open took money out crook's 199.98jan13.2023

I have pages of emails I have sent to [email protected]
I am so frustrated. I am going to pursue every avenue I can find to take this thieving company out.
I originally attempted to order $60 of the cbd gummies. Within moments, I saw that a charge of $199. was attempted to be debited from my account. My bank denied the charge. I received a text from them asking if I wanted them to resubmit and I replied "STOP" as in cancel the order. I also sent them an email stating the same.
This all began six weeks ago. The company stayed low for over a week and all of a sudden my bank refuses another attempt by them to fulfill the order I canceled. They shipped the order and when my bank investigated the charge they debited my account because the product was shipped.
I have written multiple explanations to them and their responses are always cycles around the same schedule of support messages.
The phone number never has worked for me. I always get a message that the call isn't going through.
Support also does not answer emails during the weekends. I have two streams of emails and their responses on file.
I have threatened to go to BBB, their two local police departments, and seek legal counsel on this matter.
Sending product against my will and written requests is my issue.
I did not authorize the $199. charge EVER.
I met the postal worker at my mail box and had it returned as REFUSED. The white plastic wrapped bad of containers never entered my home. I did not open the package. I immediately handed it back to my postal service worker and she wrote REFUSED on it.
This is such a bad business and their practices are very unfair.
Do not fall for every one of their lies.

Clicked on an ad for Bio lyfe Gummies. I was charged $199 and $60 I did not consent to. Their website is deceptive! I found out when I received an email. I called their customer service immediately. Their customer service rep said she could not find my account using the account #, my name, email address, and partial credit card #. Definitely odd since it said I had an order. She said she could not issue a refund. I asked to speak to a manager. She refused and then said there was no manager. I told her I was filing a complaint. She hung up on me. I immediately called my bank. They verified pending charges from this company. I had my bank block the charges and canceled my credit card. I then filed a complaint with consumer protection.
I see I am not the only one who was scammed.

On October 9, 2022 I received a charge on my visa for 199.99 from Bio-Lyfe. I called and they were pressuring me for my personal information which made me uncomfortable. I called and cancelled my credit card and filed a dispute. I do not know how they got my credit card information. About 2 days later I received 5 containers of Boi-lyfe Keto weight loss gummies which I did not order. (I am quite thin and do not want to lose weight) No one in my family has or uses my credit card. I called the number again and said I wanted the return info and they said that I would have to pay for the return shipping and started pressuring me for my information and also offered 30 and 50 percent discount off of the product if I keep it. I discontinued the call when they would not give me the return information. They asked repeatedly if I filed a dispute with my credit card company to which I did not reply. I reported it to the USPS and they are investigating it. I saw on line that others have had this scam happen to them. Besides the refund, I should get some sort of compensation for all of the inconvenience this has caused me.

Wife ordered the product supposedly endorsed by Oprah W. Thought it was $39 but got charged $259. $199 plus $60 for some other stuff she didn't intend to order. She emailed them immediately to cancel and was quickly answered with "we cannot cancel, it is already in shipping. After you receive product contact us and get procedure to return." I did that and shipped it back. Agent said it would take 3 weeks to get credit card credit. (they offered 50% off if I kept it, I declined) I waited 4 weeks and no credit. Called them today and agent said credit isn't given until you call them. Never heard that before. Then he said there was a $10 restocking fee pre bottle so they still got $70 for $2 work of candy. I said no one ever mentioned a restocking fee. He said they had to access the fee after they got the product back. After reading these I wish I had raised more hell and contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. They have an answer for everything you say. Very well scripted and practiced. I didn't get angry at the agent assuming he was only an employee but now I understand he did have the power to do the right thing. The Cretans behind this scan are the very worst kind of people. White collar crime it is. I have a lawyer and will sue them if this ever comes up again.

I made a purchase from BioLyfe and was billed again 26 days later without authorization. Our banks fraud department is taking care of it now. I will say that what I ordered is supposed to help you be more alert. I became very alert after they billed me a second time.

Same as 2 other scam amount posted here, they somehow got our CC number, ordered 7 bottled and sent to our address and 259.99 was charged. SCAMMERS GO TO HELL!

Just like many people here, my 17-year old son had $199 debited from his checking account. He never ordered a product from Bio Lyfe. We just received 5 bottles of their keto gummies - no invoice. I called the number on the bottle and she wanted an order number or his phone number. I obviously didn't have an order number and I wasn't about to give her his information. I hung up.

My brother is a white collar detective and he said to keep the product until we get the money back. Their scam is to wait until the bank reverses the charge and dispute it, saying the individual received product. Without any invoice or proof we made the purchase, it will be their loss.

I also filed an FTC complaint so I suggest others do as well.

Have no clue what this stuff is. I receive alerts from my credit card with every charge we make. As soon as I saw the $259 charge and new we didn't make it I called my credit card and reported it. My CC immediately issued us a new charge. We received 7 bottles with no packing slip. I called the number on the credit card statement and the 3rd party customer service company (or so they said) said the purchase could have been made off of FB or Instagram. We NEVER purchase anything from those sites! They told us that we would have received numerous emails that could have gone to the spam folder in which we would have confirmed the order. We received nothing in the spam folder. This is a total SCAM and we never ordered anything. The scary thing is how did they get our credit card number and mailing address? I suggest that everyone sign up for emails or text messages for every purchase they make on their credit cards. In this case it alerted us immediately!

So I’m currently on vacation, literally checked my account Saturday morning & once I was out & about with my spouse I seen a $199.99 charge that was on my account& it said bio lyfe. NEVER heard of the company or anything. I don’t even take CBG gummies or anything of that sort. I had to call 3 times because the First Lady had an attitude, like why the [censored] are you mad because of your scamming [censored] company!?

The 3rd lady I talked to basically said she can either give me $100 back & keep the products or send all the product back for $30 & have to wait until a “inspection” of the returned product so either way I’m not getting my full $199.99 back. Thankfully I’ve already contacted my bank & they gave me a “credit” of the charge because it’s still in pending , which means I still will get the charge on my acct either Tuesday or Wednesday when it posts.

Idk how the hell they even had my information, but you definitely have to press them about deleting any info of you from their company. And it’s crazy that they really didn’t try to make things right, it’s like more so of a bribe of what they are doing. Will be contacting my family lawyer

I've never even heard of this stuff. I don't take supplements and I'm not dieting. But I was charged $199.99 on my bank card. I had to report the charge to the fraud division of my bank and cancel my card.

I received a package with 2 bottles of Detox and 2 of the Keto + ACV Gummies. I did not place the order and there was no invoice inside the package. I didn’t open the bottles, and found a phone number on them that I called. When verifying an email address and the shipping address it was sent to, the email address they had was not mine, and they told me the last 4 digits of the credit card that was charged, which wasn’t any of mine. When asked if I’d opened the package, I said I had only opened the package and not the bottles. I was told that I’d need to return the bottles, and there would be a shipping charge to return them. I told them that I was not going to incur any expenses for something that I never purchased to begin with, and especially now that I know for certain I wasn’t charged for the order, since that was my main concern. After being put on hold, they then told me they were canceling the whole order’s account and to just keep the products.
*My thoughts are that there’s a scam somewhere in this. What I came up with is that possibly they send the products to people, randomly, and when they call as I did, they get people to do what I refused to do and have them pay a return shipping fee to them. Who knows? Maybe they’re sending the same crap to people over and over again just to make the money on the return. Anyway, 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back dealing with it. But, thankful it wasn’t an actual fraudulent charge to any of my accounts. Curious if this or something similar happened to anyone else?

+4

They basically gave you someone’s order and the other person probably got screwed over by them just like all of us.

The same thing happened to me. I received a few bottles of their crap but my credit card got charged for $260. I am filing a dispute with the credit company. I think the company is a scam. Their accomplice stole people's credit card information, made the unauthorized purchase, and sent you some crap you never ordered. It is better to check carefully if your credit card got charged. I will probably request a new credit card number after this.
