I ordered 2 children’s water tables worth £29 and received bath foam numbers worth £5. I was told to return which cost £12 to send to China. Royal Mail have tried to deliver several times but there’s no one there. Still not had a refund. Absolutely disgusting that they are allowed to get away with this!

Ordered a baby fence of 26 piece and after waiting for a month received a bath foam toy packet. When contacted them via email all they said was wait patiently. Working with paypal to get a refund. Really annoyed with paypal as they support these scammers.

Ordered large baby guard 50 piece fence,recieved a foam bath toy that package stated had to be cleaned with bleach and vinegar before child could play with it. I did not order this toy and it was not listed on their site as a product they carried. Working with PayPal to get refund not sure what decision they will come to on dispute I filed.

Sent different merchandise than ordered. Bath toy sent isn't even listed anywhere on their site to purchase. billyrudy.shop trying to make it difficult to get refund. Scam operation making money pulling bait and switch. The merchandise I ordered was a large baby guard fence.They offer a 50% refund which they will give now if I accept if I don't they me to return the unordered toy at my cost so they can see if damaged. Tell me this could be very time consuming and a lengthy wait for a full refund if any suggest it would be to my advantage to accept the 50% . I declined have filed a dispute with PayPal .

I ordered a cat treadmill from them for £31.97, it was suppose to be corgarted cardboard, for kittens would be fine. What I reveived was a 6" x 6" piece of cardboard. When I complained I was offered 50% refund keep the product, then 70% but had to return the product to China. Opened a case with PayPal, get an email asking me to close the case on PayPal (if I trust them) and they would refund the entire amount within three days. If I trust them not a chance! Total scammers

This place features a lot of items. One instance is a foldable electric piano, when you order it they will send you a piece of cardstock paper with piano keys printed on it. When you request a refund, they will send apologies for sending the wrong product (the piece of paper piano is not listed on their site btw) and only offer you a 50% refund unless you can return the original package back to their remote address in china. The scam is they get to keep half your money and claim that you did not send back what they sent you and keep all of your money.
