They(Best Relocators) gave me a price and deposit amount. We were supposed to have 3 movers but only two showed up. After everything was loaded on the truck. The driver said our dispatch will call you with your final about that needs to be paid. And they held my property hostage on the truck right when it was time to delivery my property to the new place. If we didn’t pay the amount on the new invoice they will take our property to their storage and charge us $250 per day and additional $400 to deliver my property from their storage. And the final payment could only be in cash or money order. And they refused to give me a copy of contract and receipt. When I go back to the link they 1st sent me to pay the deposit I no longer have access to it. They did a bait and switch on us. I want to take some type of legal action. They got a total of a little bit over $3000 from us between Zelle, Cash and Money order for the deposit and final cost.
