Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company spam calls medical businesses claiming to be partnered with large reputable companies (i.e. Loblaws) and offers a new program to promote a courier services of medical supplies. The caller and their supervisors do not indicate that calls are being recorded and ask very specific and sensitive information. If confronted, the caller and the supervisor have became combative. I've respectfully asked our business to be removed from their call list, but they continue to bait calls.
