Check out the Processing Office/Distribution Center, P.O. Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110-2905. According to their AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION World Headquarters and their representative, *** ***, I have won $1,230,946.00, and all I have to do is send them $11.89 payable by check, cash, or money order to the office of ANC within 7 days (otherwise I'll forfeit by "winning number"). My "winning number must be "represented" to judges before deadline." In addition, they will also send me an "exquisite" pendant with an "18" chain.

I GOOGLED THIS AND THERE WERE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SCAM,

INCLUDING THOSE WHO DID SEND MONEY AND THEN WERE ASKED TO SEND MORE

TO RELEASE THE SO-CALLED FUNDS

THIS IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
