Ad portrays a white couple saying that their jewelry store is closing out their inventory. I purchased a pair of earrings in good faith. I received the earrings. They were not something I could use. I attempted to exchange or return the earrings for a refund, which was described as easy refunds or returns. This is where I became aware it would cost $22 to return the product due to shipping and customs charges. Nowhere in the advertisement does it mention the item came from China. Neither implied or written. The ad lead me to believe the item was from the. They are offering me a 20% partial refund and I can keep the earrings for which I have no use for. What can I do. The ad is still running. I don't want anyone else to have to have this experience. Thank you
