This is an update I already filed a complaint my name is David Gilliland accompany Atlantic Pacific Service took me for the $6400 almost made me lose my home luckily I read my mortgage statement from the collection agency lender and said I could start making modification payments so I did and saved my home I ended up owing an extra almost $30,000 on the loan Thomas Montgomery/Josh Weinstein/Sylvia Lopez/Eric Coleman and countless others are all part of the scam and make sure do not use home matters USA I believe they are a company that’s Atlantic Pacific Service change their name to so they could keep scamming people without using the Atlantic Pacific Service name until the reviews got bad with them and now they’ve gone back to the Atlantic Pacific Service name if you need their phone number I can give it to you the one that I still have that works for them contact me at 805-235-1183 they would go away and if there’s any attorneys out there that can sue these people for me please contact me so I can get the lawsuit started I don’t have a lot of money because of what this company did to me but I would sure love to get my money back and hopefully some compensation for all the hell they put me through I could sure use a good attorney in California hopefully Los Angeles based attorney They can do it on a pro bono basis or a small fee and once we recover my money and whatever other money I can recover I will pay you your third

They are the biggest scam. They promised to help me get a mortgage modification loan... in short, after a long a period and a trail of lies, they tell me they have worked it out and I just needed to pay $13,000, to finalize the modification. This was a lie and a scam. These people need to found and prosecuted.

Stay far away from Atlantic Pacific Service. They are a total RIP OFF!! I needed a loan modification and they promised to get it done. They led me on for 11 months. They told me not to worry and not to call my mortgage company. They said they would take care of everything. I paid them a fee of $6700 dollars and got no results. My home is currently in foreclosure. APS is horrible at returning phone calls and emails. When they do respond, it's all lies! Every month they requested updated pay stubs and bank statements. I did everything they ask me to do with no results. I am hoping my mortgage company works with me. STAY AWAY FROM APS!!! They will take your money and run..

My name is David Gilliland my phone number is 805-235-1183 I was contacted by Atlantic Pacific Service over 16 months ago telling me they could lower my interest rate and lower my payment they sent me a contract stating what they could do after paying them two of the payments of $1600 each they told me they could not for fill that contract which screwed me because I was already two months late on my mortgage then they worked it out and got me what was called a forbearance on my loan which I said I wanna just make my house payment I just want to keep this payment going they said I have to go through the government Forbearance I was working with Atlantic Pacific Service and now every number that I have for them does not work I gave them $6400 and they’re gone there’s no way to contact them luckily I noticed two months ago there was a modification on my loan so I have started making the payments next month will be my last payment in the modification only problem is now I’m $34,000 behind on my mortgage with no way to contact Atlantic Pacific services what do I do my name is David Gilliland my number is 805-235-1183

I Re: I hired a group out of California called Atlantic Pacificservices. They were going to lower my house payment and interest rates.Paid $3000 or a little more. They gave me a letter saying if I was unhappyat any time I could ask for my money back and they would give it. I don'tknow what happened I did not receive any kind of paperwork but they endedup losing my home to Foreclosure needless to say I don't have the money tomove out now they will not give me the money back or take ownership aboutthe home I just don't know what to do

I was contacted buy a representative from Atlantic Pacific Service named Alex Rose he told me even though I just going through a bankruptcy I still qualified for a hardship modification of my mortgage. Alex then passed me off to the woman who would be processing my loan Sophia Bradshaw. She asked me for some financial information because I'm on a Disability Pension and social security disability benefits so I sent her everything she asked for. Part of the agreement was they would call my current mortgage lender US Bank home mortgage and put a cease-and-desist order for any future mortgage payments until the modification was complete. As any client would I asked her for a copy of the letter she sent to my mortgage lender stating I did not need to make any further mortgage payments with the cease-and-desist order they promised they'd send come to find out I contacted my bank they told me they had a cease-and-desist order from Atlantic Pacific Service only stating that they do not contact me nothing about the cease and desist a future mortgage payments to my lender. Since my phone calls and emails went unanswered I became frustrated and realize I'm being taken advantage of and this must be a scam to restructure the loan they wanted $2,014.24 I told them I could not afford that so they were comfortable what's mean making three payments of $671.43 starting November 2nd then December 2nd then January 2nd in the meantime my mortgage isn't being paid I can't get ahold of anybody from the company until I'm contracted by somebody name Jonathan Lopez, he claimed to work in the security department where they processed the loan modifications and assured me everything was fine. Jonathan Lopez sounded like a phony to me and I've worked in law enforcement 20 plus years of my life until I was injured thats why I'm on disability. He gave me his cell phone number and said they received the second payment for December 2nd and just to let Sophia do her job. After I sent in the second payment for December I had a bad feeling about this company and put a stop payment on the $671.43 they received the check and my bank got it back so I could apply it to my mortgage lender. Now I am convinced I was right it's a scam. I just went through a bankruptcy and don't like that this company Atlantic pacific service is a fraud. Is there anything you can do to help me get back my November 2nd payment of 671.43 for me so I can make my mortgage payment for December.
