I have been paying Aspen since Feb 2020 and nothing they done just took my money away and destroy my credit. Now they told me they merge to another company KKC services without further notice.

I also got the services of this company. I've paid them money to help with credit card debt. A couple of months ago, they'd said they were bought out by another company. I sent info like drivers license, W-2, and utility bill to verify my account with new agency. I got served papers by BOA.

This came in the US Mail advising to help reduce credit card debt. They claim to be able to reduce debt for various credit cards like Bank of America, Discover, Capital One, American Express and Wells Fargo accounts. It claims to be a letter from their "Validation Dept" with an approval # saying to contact them at this number within 10 days of getting this notice. Ph # 888-462-2712. They claim they have invalidated acts with the above mentioned companies and if you have acts with these companies you may be entitled to significant reductions of your outstanding debts.

They told me in September 2020 no one owed payments through December 2020 due to COVID. Then in October 2020 they contacted me and told me I paid my account in full (I hadn’t) and nothing else was due! Then in December 2020, just a few weeks ago they contacted me and told me they were going to refund me my payments to help the payment for the settlements of my debts. Now they claimed they severed all ties to me and won’t contact me back. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

Failure to call and make payments may result in interest accruing on your unsecured credit balances at an unreasonable rate plus penalties may accrue in the event of unpaid obligations. They give NO Company name , just a number 450-106 Sr 13 N, # 357 and address as St. Johns, Fl. 32259. I did not contact them as I fear this is a scam.
