We tried contacting ANA and looked up the phone number on our phone. Google had this number under the profile and we were connected immediately. The gentleman said he was from the consolidation department. We needed to add an infant to our itinerary and expected to pay some fee for this. At first he asked for the ticket number and then he was able to confirm our names and our seats. He then asked the amount we paid. We then gave him our son's name and DOB. He then told us a number we needed to pay which was more than double everything I researched. He then asked for our credit card number, which unfortunately we gave him (we immediately cancelled it after realizing we got scammed). Then he sent an email requesting we pay via a link. The email took 5 minutes and he put us on hold during the time. At this point I told my wife this all just isn't adding up and to have him call back tomorrow. The email just looked scammy. I attached it in the files. Also,
